How do I book a party?

Simply select a date and choose a theme from one of our available packages. Contact us via telephone, email, or complete our online booking request form below.  We will contact you to discuss party details and availability. 

What is included when I book my Slumber Party?

The Party Package includes everything you need for the Slumber Party (tents, mattresses, decorations), it includes delivery, set up, and the next day take down.  Packages start at $90.  

What payment is required?

Bookings are only confirmed after a $100 damage deposit has been received.  Full payment for package will be required 7 days prior to the event.  Once the items have been returned in the same condition, the damage deposit will be returned within 24 hours. 

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 7 days before the party date to receive your confirmation deposit back.

How much space will I need?

We have 3 different size mattresses, dimensions are:

- 73”L x 38"W (Regular Twin)

- 73''L X 30"W (Slim Twin)

- 57"L x 29"W (Youth Mattress)

You need to add on 6" width to each mattress to include the tent footprint.  We can arrange the tents in a variety of ways to try accommodate any space. If you are not sure if your space will work, please contact us and we can help.  

How long will I have the slumber party package?

Our standard rental period is overnight, generally not exceeding 24 hours.  Typically, we will schedule drop-off in the morning/early afternoon the day of your event and return in the late morning the following day. However, longer hire periods can be negotiated subject to availability.

Where do you currently provide this service?

We deliver free to Beaumont, Alberta and a 25 km radius. If you are further out than that, please contact us and we can work to accommodate you.

How long does it take to set up?

Please allow 1 - 1.5 hours for set up of standard party packages and 1 hour for take down.  However we will advise each booking individually as the exact time depends on the size of the parties. 

Are pillows provided?

Decorative throw pillows are provided. Guests need to supply their own pillows to sleep on (for hygiene and comfort reasons).

How are items kept clean?

All linens are laundered in Lysol Laundry Sanitizer detergent after each use. Mattresses are wiped down with hot water and vinegar and then sprayed with Lysol disinfectant. All decor pillows covers are washed and then also sprayed with the disinfectant.  Our linens, sleeping bags, teepees, and pillows go through a rigorous cleaning process after every use.  After the cleaning process is finished, the items are stored in plastic containers with locking lids until the next use. 

Is there an age restriction for children using the tents?

Our tents are intended for ages 6 and up. 

What forms of payment can be taken?

Currently Sweet Dreams Slumber is only able to take cash and e-transfer payments.
